ABOUT THIS CARE TYPE

What to know before your visit

A primary-care consultation may help with routine concerns, medication reviews, minor illnesses and decisions about whether in-person follow-up is necessary. Online visits are convenient, but a physical examination, tests or specialist referral may still be needed.

We do not provide medical care, collect your symptoms or access live clinician calendars. Availability and eligibility are confirmed on the provider’s site.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions to ask before you book

Can I get a refill during a video visit?

Sometimes, if a licensed clinician determines it is clinically and legally appropriate. Not all medications can be prescribed by telehealth.

Does online primary care replace my regular doctor?

Not necessarily. Your local primary-care clinician can coordinate longer-term care, physical exams, screening and follow-up.

This directory is educational, not clinical advice. For a medical emergency in the United States, call 911. For mental health crisis support, call or text 988.
